Celina Fato uses an energetic system called Reiki. It is a Japanese technique that not only works with the symptoms of an individual but also gets to the root cause of the imbalance. It is safe for all and works effectively alongside medical and other therapeutic therapies.

Reiki assists in the release, re-alignment and balancing of your mind, body, spirit. Working with the 7 main energy systems within the body as well as the four main bodies of self which are the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

Distance Reiki works according to the Ancient Principle of Hermetic Law of Similarity, which holds that we are all energy, all connected and part of a larger whole. As such, invoking this law during a distance Reiki session allows me to connect to the energy field of the client. I typically use a clients photo along with healing crystals.

Holistic therapy takes into account the whole person (mind, body, heart, spirit) and lifestyle rather than only one aspect. We recognise everyone's innate healing abilities and encourage client to take full responsibility, accountability for there life and treatment.
Holistic healing is not limited to one type of modality as nor does it only encompass alternative healing modalities. It is a beautiful integration of natural, esoteric and conventional treatments which is determined by the clients needs.
